Home Management Services
Home Management is a maintenance program which offers a variety of services to individuals of all ages in their home. Services are funded through private pay, Medicaid, Bureau of Special Health Care Needs, Veterans Administration and some private insurance companies.
In-Home-Services Include:
Personal Care: Assists individuals with the activities of daily living i.e.; bathing, meal preparation etc.
Homemaker: General household maintenance activities when an individual is unable to manage the home on a regular basis.
Homemaker Chore: Heavy duty cleaning, lawn mowing, snow removal, etc.
Advanced Personal Care: Assists with the activities of daily living in the home when the individual requires devices and/or procedures related to altered body functions.
Registered Nurse (RN) visits: Skilled nursing services provide maintenance and preventative care for individuals with stable chronic conditions.
Respite: Maintenance and supervisory services to provide temporary relief to the usual caregiver.
Advanced Respite: A maintenance or supervisory service provided to individuals with special needs in order to give temporary relief to their caregiver.
* Advanced Care Programs are supervised by a Registered Nurse.
