The salad bar and buffet are currently self serve, but will be going to pre-packaged and pre-portioned items in single service items to reduce high touch surfaces. Tables, chairs, and napkin holds are sanitized after each customer. Salt and pepper shakers were on the table at time of inspection, these were removed and single service packages will be provided to reduce high touch surfaces. Social distancing tape has been ordered, but has not arrived yet to place on the ground to show 6 feet distances for patrons to stand. If customer is paying with cash, the employee must sanitize hands after handling.

Hand sanitizer stations are placed at the entrance and both sides of the buffet for customers to use. Hand sanitizer is at the front desk for employees to use.
